The Tackling Air Pollution At School Network (TAPAS) are hosting a ventilation seminar on Thursday 10 Nov at 1pm GMT to celebrate World Ventilation Day.
Jørn Toftum, Professor in ventilation and indoor environment at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), will talk on the ‘Indoor environment in Danish classrooms and its association with pupil wellbeing and performance'.
Jørn’s research focuses on the interaction between the indoor environment and human comfort, health and performance. During more than 30 years at DTU he has been involved in numerous laboratory studies and comprehensive surveys in
Danish day-care centres, schools, offices and dwellings to describe associations between indoor environment exposures and peoples’ responses and behaviour.
